Your 14 days of Pro end by themselves. We don't have your card, so you're never charged by surprise. We email you 3 days before the trial ends.
If you don't choose Pro, your account moves to Free and nothing is deleted. Your QR menu stays online in your main language. Extra languages, extra venues, the menu on your website and the print menu wait for you until you upgrade.
Yes. Cancel in Settings, under Plan and billing. Pro keeps running until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free.
Nothing is deleted, and choosing Pro again brings everything back.
No. There is no setup fee and no contract. Pay by the month or by the year, and cancel whenever you like.
A venue is one place with its own menu, QR code and link: a café, a restaurant, a bar or a food truck. Pro is €15 a month including your first venue, and €8 a month for each extra venue, so two venues are €23 a month.
Pro is €15 a month or €150 a year, including one venue. Each extra venue is €8 a month or €80 a year. Add or remove a venue any time in Settings, under Venues. You pay pro rata for the rest of the current period, and when you remove one, the unused part comes off your next invoice.
There is no limit on venues, and the trial lets you try up to 3. Running 25 venues or more? Email us for volume pricing.
Yes, with Pro. Invite one colleague in Settings, under Team. They get their own login and can do everything except billing and deleting the account.
On Free, a colleague who already has a login can still look at everything, but can't change anything until you choose Pro again.
No, prices exclude VAT. Your invoice shows the VAT, and you can add your VAT number at checkout.
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and your menu opens in the browser. No app, no account and no cookie banner.
Yes, as often as you like, on Free too. Change a price, add today's special or mark a dish sold out, and your menu shows it at once. Nothing to print again.
They keep working. When you change your menu's link in Settings, the old link sends guests on to the new one, so the table cards you printed never need replacing.
No. Menuklaar works on its own, without a POS or till system. You run your menu from your phone: change a price or mark a dish sold out today in a few taps, and your QR menu and website show it at once. Sold-out dishes are back on the menu the next morning.
With Pro, copy the code from Channels and paste it into your website, or send it to whoever looks after your site. Your full menu appears there and updates by itself with every change.
On Free, your website shows a “View our menu” link to your QR menu instead.
Yes, it's built for it. No tracking cookies and no third-party analytics, so your guests never see a cookie banner. Menu insights are anonymous counts. Your account and menus are stored in the EU, you can download all your data as one file, and deleting your account deletes your data.
Automatic translations and menu imports go through DeepSeek, outside the EU. The privacy policy explains what we send.
Yes. When you sign up, take photos of your menu, upload a PDF or paste the text. Menuklaar reads the categories, dishes and prices and suggests the allergens, and you check everything before it goes live.
